Please don’t include sensitive information, such as payment card details or health information, in your messages. We don’t need it to answer questions about our products.
How the enquiry form works
The enquiry form on our Contact Us page does not store your details on this website. When you press “Send Enquiry”, the form opens your own email app with a pre-written message addressed to [email protected]. Nothing is sent to us until you choose to send that email from your email app.
Because the message is sent through your own email provider, that provider’s privacy terms also apply to how it handles the email while it is in transit and in your sent items.
How we use your information
We use the personal information you send us to:
- read and reply to your enquiry about a dressing table or related furniture product;
- send you the product information you asked for;
- follow up on the same enquiry if you ask us to, or if we need to clarify your question; and
- keep a record of our correspondence with you.
